Alarm monitoring. With a plan.
Your equipment raises the alarm.Pinga organises the response.
Describe your alarms in plain English. Pinga interprets the messages, follows your contact sequence and records who takes responsibility.
Works alongside your existing equipment alarms and response procedures.

in plain English.
Tell Pinga what matters. Let AI make sense of the incoming message.
Set a temperature range, recognise a failed job or flag an offline device using everyday words. Your monitor’s instructions give Pinga the context to interpret it.
Try the example readings. Even a message saying “status: OK” can contain a temperature that needs attention.

Reach the right person.
In the right order.
SMS the operator. Call if they don’t respond. Bring in the next person when needed.
Choose the contact, method and wait time for every step. Acknowledgement stops the sequence; rejection can move it forward immediately.

Clear responsibility.
Fewer unnecessary call-outs.
See who accepted the alarm, what they received and when a recovery was reported.
Give your team a clear practice: acknowledge before heading out. Together with a tiered response, that can help reduce duplicate trips, overtime and unnecessary contractor attendance.

Do we need to change our existing equipment?
You need a way for the equipment or its existing monitoring system to send email, SMS or an HTTP webhook. Each Pinga monitor gets an email address and secure webhook URL. Inbound SMS numbers are optional and can be shared between monitors.
Does AI decide who gets called?
You choose the contacts, methods and escalation order. AI interprets the incoming message and, for shared SMS inputs, helps identify the monitor. Pinga then follows the notification rules you configured. Known sending numbers can narrow the matching monitors first.
Is Pinga a replacement for our existing alarms?
Pinga is a supplementary notification tool. Keep independent alarms, safety controls and response procedures in place. It isn’t an emergency dispatch service, and message interpretation and delivery aren’t guaranteed.
