Each outbound call is rounded up to the next whole minute. Long SMS messages can contain multiple segments. Your organisation’s usage ledger shows quantities and charges.

Use Pinga’s shared SMS number with verified equipment sending numbers and no number rental. Dedicated numbers are optional and can serve multiple monitors. Email and webhook addresses are included with each monitor.

Pinga Me delivers alarm messages and calls through the app with no additional Pinga messaging or calling charge. SMS and phone calls provide a backup when needed, billed at the published rates.

SMS & CALL CREDIT

Ready when your team needs it.

Start with $50 of SMS & call credit. Whenever available credit falls below $20, we automatically add another $50 using your saved payment method. We email a receipt after each top-up.

Credit covers incoming and outgoing SMS and outbound phone-network calls. Unused credit carries forward without expiry. Your subscription and dedicated number rental are billed separately.

You can cancel automatic top-ups in Usage & billing. SMS and phone-network delivery stop when insufficient credit remains; app and email delivery continue. Failed payments trigger an administrator notification.

We use the higher count, not the two added together. Every contact listed in your organisation counts, including escalation-only contacts.

Add estimated messaging & number rental

Count SMS segments, not messages. Round each outbound phone call up to a whole minute before adding them together. Pinga’s shared inbound number has no rental charge.

What would a month look like?

With 5 monitors and 5 contacts, 100 outgoing SMS segments and 10 one-minute outbound calls, your monthly cost is $42.80 including GST. Add an inbound SMS number if your equipment needs one, plus any incoming SMS usage.

How are extra monitors, contacts and numbers charged?

Each entry in Contacts counts towards your allowance. We charge for whichever exceeds your included allowance by more, not the two counts added together. For example, 14 monitors and 12 contacts cost $48/month including GST, before messaging, calls and number rental.

We count them at the start of each monthly billing period. Changes apply at your next renewal, without mid-month proration. Messaging and call usage is deducted from prepaid credit.

How do payments work?

Card entry and subscription management are hosted by Stripe when online billing is available. Pinga does not collect your card details. Separate invoicing arrangements are available through our team.

Have a referrer code?

Add it when creating your organisation or later in Usage & billing. Your price stays the same.
