All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Number rental is $16 excluding GST.

Each outbound call is rounded up to the next whole minute. Long SMS messages can contain multiple segments. Your organisation’s usage ledger shows quantities and charges.

An inbound number is optional and can serve multiple monitors. Email and webhook addresses are included with each monitor.

What would a month look like?

With 10 monitors, 100 outgoing SMS segments and 10 one-minute outbound calls, your total is $47.80 including GST. Add an inbound SMS number if your equipment needs one, plus any incoming SMS usage.

How are extra monitors and numbers charged?

We count them at the start of each monthly billing period. Changes apply at your next renewal, without mid-month proration. Messaging and call usage is billed in arrears.

How do payments work?

Card entry and subscription management are hosted by Stripe when online billing is available. Pinga does not collect your card details. Separate invoicing arrangements are available through our team.

Have a referrer code?

Add it when creating your organisation or later in Usage & billing. Your price stays the same.
